Products and Services
Crew Presets sells both digital products and physical goods.
Digital Products
Digital products include Lightroom presets, profiles, and other downloadable creative assets.
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
Access to downloads may require an account or email verification.
Physical Products
Physical products may include camera supplies, accessories, or related merchandise.
Physical products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
License and Usage for Digital Products
When you purchase a digital product from Crew Presets, you are granted a non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal or commercial use, subject to the following restrictions.
You may
Use presets in your personal or client photography work.
Edit photos for yourself or clients using the presets.
You may not
Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or transfer the presets.
Offer presets as part of another product or service.
Upload presets to shared drives, forums, or preset marketplaces.
Claim the presets as your own creation.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities purchased per person, or correct pricing errors or inaccuracies.
Payment processing is handled by third party providers. Crew Presets does not store full payment information.
Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a digital product has been delivered or accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
Physical Products
Refunds for physical products may be accepted if the item is unused and in original packaging, a return request is submitted within the stated return window, and return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective.
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
Account Responsibility
If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and all activity that occurs under your account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including presets, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Crew Presets LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any Site content without prior written permission.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
